      <Abstract>The IT industry has played a significant role in transforming India__ampersandsign#39;s image from a slow moving bureaucratic economy to a land of innovative entrepreneurs and a global player in providing excellent technology solutions and business services. One of the biggest challenge that IT organizations have been facing over to find out parameters which effectively measures the efficiency and utilization of their human capital. Therefore, an exploratory study has been conducted among 3 selected IT company to find out their non financial parameters for measuring human capital. The researcher attempted to find out the performance indicator of these companies and how it helps measuring the efficiency and utility of human capital.
