However it is the fact that a large number of traders, retailers and consumers read and write languages other than English and possibly are more comfortable with those. With advent of Web 2.0 the Internet and associated technologies have drastically improved situation. Expanding the customer base which is one of the prime requirements of business in general is now possible in the e-business environment by simply Introducing multilingualism.A separate study has shown that many Indian business organizations have already begun to incorporate multilingualism into their e business sites. In this article an attempt has been made to establish that there is a pressing need for the e commerce web sites which support two or more languages. This paper provides insight into parallelism between phase wise growth of Web-technologies and the E business. Attempt also has been made to highlight the technological components which play critically important roles In developing Multilingual e commerce as a current day strategy. A case study and a sample demonstration on quick way to infuse language migration mechanism into an existing E-commerce web sites facility should be useful to the readers in getting better insight into the technology aspect of the problem.
