      <Abstract>INTRIDUCTION

The paper highlights the importance of the role of HR and Financial Services in Making India a manufacturing hub and a bench mark of development and prosperity. Rapidly increasing global competition has provided the manufacturers from around the globe the opportunities of cheap labor, raw material, potential high profit making markets. Focusing on the employment generation, boosting trade and economic growth, safe guard and sustain the overall development of India and its citizens. In order to make India a manufacturing hub its human resource and financial assistance will play a major role. Men and Money being the two most vital organ of a business demand careful capitalization and continuous innovation.
