Abstract:
Knowledge is facts, information, and skills acquired through education and or experience; the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject. It is well said that “Time is money and Knowledge is power”. Knowledge helps us propel into the next league and drives us in our way forward. Lack of knowledge is certainly detrimental to the cause. So how one acquires knowledge, is an interesting dimension. Individuals and groups acquire knowledge in a combination of various known means. However does merely acquiring knowledge, though it itself is a challenging task, is sufficient enough. What does one do after having acquired knowledge? | guess it is matter of applying that knowledge. Application of knowledge is the key to solving problems, implementing new ideas and taking mankind to the next level. Are acquiring and applying knowledge co-related phenomenon, an interdependent phenomenon, sequential phenomenon or parallel phenomenon or a combination, and how does it impact employability is the matter of discussion of the paper.
